We are so excited to announce our first course of 2021! Join us for an adventure filled vacation on Six Mile Island in the heart of Lake Winnipesaukee and earn your Advanced Wilderness Life Support Certification. We will spend our days developing a skillset to identify and treat the most common injuries and illnesses found in the backcountry while enjoying the fruits of lake living. Activities will include kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, waterskiing, yoga, fishing, stargazing, and more! Unwind on island time listening to the loon calls and lapping waves against the shoreline. Gaze out at the majestic mountain vistas, read a book on the dock, take in the sunset, and cherish the time surrounded by good company and delicious food. This is the perfect summer getaway to earn CME and escape the daily grind!

4pm Arrival: Meet at Goodhue Boat Company and boat out to the island together
5pm Course orientation and introductions

Lodging
Participants will all stay on the island together in a rustic, multibedroom house with shared rooms.
A discounted fee will be applied for individuals who choose to sleep in tents

While this is a medical conference, we do not offer personal insurance or medical care. We will do all we can to optimize the safety of guests, yet know there are unforeseen events that could pose challenges.
We recommend individual travelers insurance if needed.

COVID policy
We are requiring all participants to be fully vaccinated and show proof of their vaccination status by July 14, 2021
Travel policies will abide by NH, CDC, and federal guidelines
Cancellation policy: all fees returned excluding a $500 non-refundable deposit if you cancel on or before July 7, 2021. No refund if you cancel after July 7, 2021.
If we are forced to cancel the course due to COVID-19, all fees will be returned except for a $100 non-refundable deposit.

$1650: Physicians
$1550: Non-physician medical professionals and students
$1400: Non-medical participants (spouses, partners, etc.) not requiring CME or AWLS certifications
**Additional discounts are offered for those choosing to bring a tent and camping gear
