<image:caption>Than Moore, PA-C, MBA, FAWM Than originally grew up in southern New Hampshire where he started exploring (and unicycling) from a young age. Family biking, hiking, skiing, and paddling trips sparked his thirst for the mountains and lakes. He bopped around New England for his undergraduate and graduate studies in both Maine and Massachusetts before settling into his Vermont playground. He completed his Fellowship in the Academy of Wilderness Medicine through the Wilderness Medical Society and spends his summers volunteering as the expedition medical provider for the Alaskan glacial traverse with the Juneau Icefield Research Program. He has experience as a ski patroller, local backcountry search and rescue crew member, marathoner, and outdoor enthusiast. He loves sharing his passion for food by cooking over the fire and is always up for a friendly game of cribbage or a guitar sing-a-long. Than also enjoys insightful campfire conversations around sustainable innovations and how we can preserve our world to share with future generations. When not running around as a physician assistant in the emergency department at the University of Vermont Medical Center, he can be found chasing sunrises skinning up the snow capped mountains.</image:caption>
